From the North:
I-95 South to Rte 4 South to Rte 1 South. Take Snug Harbor/East Matunuck exit (on left side). This exit actually puts you on Rte 1 North, immediately before the Snug Harbor exit on the right side: take that exit, which places you on Succotash Road. Follow road all the way down past the beach, turn left towards Skips dock when turn comes, it's just past Skip's Dock.

From the South:
Take Rte 95 North to exit 92 (Rt2E). Go southeast on Rte 2E to Rte 78E (1.3M). Take Rte 78E to Rte 1 North. Follow Rte 1 north, take the Snug Harbor/East Matunuck exit (on right side). Follow road all the way down past the beach, turn left towards Skips dock when turn comes, it's just past Skip's Dock.
